1. Eligibility for Returns
General Conditions
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached..
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., skincare, makeup)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
2. Return Process
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer support team at returns@riverworld.com or visit our returns portal on the Platform.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all documentation, and send it to the address provided by our customer support team. Include the RMA number inside the package.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other Reasons: For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
3. Refund Methods
Original Payment Method
- Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date are only eligible for refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 7 business days of return.
Store Credit
In some cases, you may choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Delayed or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges
Conditions for Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service at
exchanges@riverworld.com or use our online exchange portal.
Exchange Process
- Request an Exchange: Initiate an exchange request through our customer service or online portal.
- Receive Exchange Authorization: You will receive instructions and an RMA number for the exchange.
- Send the Item: Ship the item to the provided address, including the RMA number
5. Gifts
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit
for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves,
we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
